Lighting Control Specialist

We are looking for a Lighting Control Specialist to join our technical team and contribute to the development and management of intelligent lighting control systems. Your role will be strategic in interpreting project requirements and transforming them into impactful lighting experiences.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Configuring and programming lighting control systems based on protocols such as Art-Net/DMX, DALI, SPI, and others;
  • Using specialised software like e:cue, Madrix, etc., for device mapping, synchronisation, and testing of lighting scenarios;
  • Using and contributing to the evolution of internally developed software;
  • Independently researching new technical solutions, experimenting with innovative devices, and learning new control and integration software;
  • Participating in the analysis of project requirements, helping to define the most suitable hardware/software architecture for each project;
  • Performing installation and commissioning of systems on-site or in the field (including travel within Italy and abroad);
  • Providing remote technical support when needed (via phone or online), collaborating with the IT team and on-site personnel;
  • Documenting configurations and interventions, and contributing to the standardisation of technical processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • A technical degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, etc.) or a technical diploma with relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of the main lighting control protocols (Art-Net/DMX, DALI, SPI, etc.);
  • Experience with at least one lighting control software (e.g., e:cue, Madrix, Protopixel, Casambi, etc.);
  • Good command of English, both technical and operational;
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally, for system configuration, support, or testing activities;
  • Ability to learn independently and a desire to explore new technologies and tools;
  • Basic programming skills and knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
