The “Customer Care” project, Luce5, aims at commercial innovation through the introduction of ICT technologies to support the management of commercial processes towards customers and the network of partners, with the implementation of shared procedures on a software platform. The project is co-financed by the Regional Funding Program of Tuscany POR CREO FESR 2014-2020 Axis 1: “Support for SMEs to acquire innovation services,” with a financial contribution of 36,780.00 euro.
