Project Manager (Fluent in French)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, responsible for the operational and technical management of projects, maintaining direct communication with the client’s representatives. The ideal candidate must have excellent proficiency in French.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive project briefs directly from the client’s Project Managers or collaborate with them to define project specifications;
  • Identify the most suitable lighting solution, aligned with the client’s technical and aesthetic requirements;
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including an initial project cost estimate;
  • Coordinate the technical and operational phases of the project, including on-site inspections (mainly in Italy, occasionally abroad);
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in technical roles and project management, preferably in the lighting, architecture, or design sectors;
  • Excellent command of French (minimum level C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2);
  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (layout management, external references, blocks, layers);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, pivot tables) and professional use of Microsoft Outlook;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, and a proactive problem-solving attitude;
  • Willingness to travel and conduct technical site inspections as required.
